LoomHost.com was started to offer an affordable alternative for Moose Lodge webmasters to host their Lodge's websites without the intrusion of ads and pop-ups. The idea had been considered by us in the past, and offering this service for free, but the idea was just that, an idea. The owner/webmaster maintains all of the sites on a leased server, and there is always a risk of other webmasters causing any number of potential problems on the server due to malfunctioning scripts, missing files, etc... anything that could strain a server. This is not an acceptable risk.

The solution was to host this service on a separate server. Separate server = separate cost. Our hosting fee of only $2.50/month covers the monthly cost of the server, server maintenance and making sure things run smoothly.

As we grow, we will be featuring the websites, and a "Site Of The Month".
