Lodge's newsletter are available to members in good standing and
their qualified guests only. This website is for informational
purposes with proprietary information intended for members only.
General information is available to the public at large, but should
not be construed to be a solicitation for membership. This website

by the Loyal Order of Moose, Moose International or any subsidiary

Web Hosting Criteria
LoomHost.com
makes its service available for Moose Lodge and related websites
only. In order to qualify for web hosting your website must
be relevant to the Loyal Order of Moose and contain information,
references, or resources pertaining specifically to the organization.
Websites meeting this criteria include the following:
- A website that is operated and maintained to inform lodge
members about their local lodge or WOTM (Women of the Moose)
Chapter.
- A website that is designed to be a resource for other Moose
related websites, such as informative content, images, membership
information, Officer and Ritual Team information.
- A personal or business website that has a section devoted
to the Moose Lodge. (This must be a significant part of the
website).
Refusal and Termination of Service
DF Web Services, at its sole discretion, has the right to refuse
to host or terminate service without a refund to any website that
it deems not appropriate, or that does not meet the criteria above.
DF Web Services also reserves the right to refuse any web hosting
order for any reason. If a client of LoomHost.com wishes to store
or display any content within his hosting account that does not
meet the criteria outlined above, or if there is any question
about this at all, the client must request permission from DF
Web Services or LoomHost.com by email, in writing or by telephone.

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee
A refund of all money paid and account termination may be requested
for any reason if it has been 30 days or less since the web hosting
order was placed. We may request a reason for termination but
you will not be required to disclose this to us. Your refund will
be made within 3 business days of the time we are notified of
such request.
Should a customer wish to terminate service with LoomHost.com
we are to be notified in advance of automatic renewal of service.
A refund will not be given after the first thirty days of service
for monthly and quarterly accounts. Semi-Annual and Annual accounts
may be refunded up to 50% of their hosting fees, provided the
service is not more than 1/2 way through the service term.
The cost for Domain Registration is NOT REFUNDABLE. The domain
name is yours and we cannot give a refund for this.
Domain Registration
At your request (upon ordering services using our online order
form) we will register the domain name of your choice at a cost
of $10.00 per year. This domain will be registered in the name
you supply during your order process, but LoomHost.com or a representative
will be listed as a technical contact for the domain name. The
registrant may at any time request full access to the domain name
be transferred to him or her. This would imply that you are willing
to accept the responsibility of renewing the domain name and making
the proper nameserver changes as needed.
Registrant shall be notified 30 days in advance of their domain
name expiring and will be required to pay the renewal fee of $10.00
or risk losing their rights to the domain and thus their website
may cease to be publicly available.
Privacy Policy
LoomHost.com and its owner, DF Web Services, respects your privacy.
No information you provide to us will ever be given away, sold,
or rented to a third party. Your credit card and banking information,
if paying online through PayPal, will never be seen by us. PayPal
is a safe and secure online payment processor and the only information
we receive from them is your payment and your email address. No
